Late morning start in the fascinating autobau, Romanshorn, for the first time through the Allgäu and on through the Tyrol to Telfs (Seefeld, AT) to the legendary Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol.

Over the mountains to Zell, lunch break in the famous Mittersill Castle, then for the first time over the Tauern route to Carinthia and to the Hotel Arena Franz Ferdinand in Nassfeld (AT).

You will discover Slovenia and scenic beauties such as the famous Lake Bled with its island, particularly magical in winter. Return to the hotel in Nassfeld (AT).

The Dolomites! Passes, passes, passes! Magnificent panoramas – unforgettable! The destination is the Hotel Four Points by Sheraton in Bolzano (IT). Festive dinner, awards ceremony.

Breakfast at the hotel and individual return journey via the Reschen or Ofen Pass to Switzerland (e.g. Bolzano – St. Moritz 162 km).
Free, accompanied return journey from Bolzano to St. Moritz.
The breakdown service and RAID officials accompany return drivers from Bolzano over the Ofen Pass to St. Moritz on January 21st. This service is free, but registration is required by November 30, 2023 via info@raid.ch.
RAID participants who use this service will start individually from the hotel in Bolzano on January 21st between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. The RAID teams start at 9:30 a.m.
THE STARTING LOCATION OF THE ANNIVERSARY WINTER RAID IS UNUSUAL:
CAR BUILDING EXPERIENCE ROMANSHORN
A place of automotive culture, a real experience location. With a few exceptions for loans, all sports cars, classics and racing cars on display come from Fredy Lienhard's private collection. The Clay Regazzoni Honor Room is located in an adjacent building: you can see his legendary racing cars, one of his rally cars as well as trophies and many personal memorabilia from his life.
The 20th WinterRAID begins in the listed industrial building of the autobau - and here you start the first tests.

Large, modern, comfortable – and a SPA above the rooftops of the city. The hotel has already hosted the WinterRAID several times.

The RAID Ladies' Challenge
A tradition of the WinterRAID: the women's classification. For teams with a female driver and co-pilot.
The organizers are confident that the new rally will attract more participants again.
Young drivers in classic cars – welcome!
Five starting places at the 20th WinterRAID are reserved for young drivers (up to 35 years of age) who compete in a classic or youngtimer (up to 2003). Special Young Drivers category – and a discount of CHF 200 on the participant price.
Team ranking
Drive this winter challenge together with friends, acquaintances or business partners.
Three cars can form a team with their own team name. The winner is the team with the lowest penalty points of all registered teams.
RAID luggage service
For drivers who do not have usable luggage space in their car. The luggage is accepted by the service before the start and reliably transported from hotel to hotel. Return on January 20th. in Bolzano. The service ends there. The loading capacity of the service vehicle is limited. The organization reserves the right to reject requests from participants with sufficiently large cars.
A binding registration is required for this service. This will be delivered to those interested in December.
PROGRAM CHANGES
We expressly reserve the right to make program and route changes before and during the rally, for whatever reason.

PAYMENT METHODS:
After registration has been received, the participant will receive an invoice from us. As soon as payment has been received, we will send the participants the confirmation as a prerequisite for participation in the rally as well as the basic regulations.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Permit
Historic sports and passenger cars up to and including the year 1994, youngtimer cars up to and including the year 2004 (handicap regulations for younger vehicles). The vehicles must be registered for road traffic.
Regulations
The detailed general provisions (basic regulations) and the sports regulations will be sent to participants with the registration confirmation.
Participants will receive the event regulations with all other documents in December 2023.
spikes
Are permitted in Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia and Italy, except on motorways.
Insurance is always and exclusively the responsibility of the participants.
Disclaimer
The organizer declines any liability towards participants, their accompanying persons and owners of the vehicles and third parties. The vehicle drivers and/or vehicle owners are liable to third parties. He also assumes no liability for any damage, etc. to the vehicles involved in the RAID. By signing the registration, the participant declares that he/she accepts these conditions unconditionally and that he/she expressly waives the right to take legal action against the RAID organization in any way and for whatever reasons.
Trailers, towing vehicles
These can be parked in the autobau AG parking lot in Romanshorn and picked up again from January 21, 2024.
If you have trailers or The RAID organization must be notified by November 30, 2023 (info@raid.ch). No more parking spaces can be allocated after this date.
COMPETENT RAID BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE
The very well-developed WinterRAID breakdown service, which has been experienced for years and is headed by Martin Schawalder, Klosters, accompanies the rally from the start in autobau until the end of the accompanied, optional return journey to St. Moritz.
